Please acknowledge the Guest Parking Pass Rules and Regulations for Cinnamon Cove Condominium Association
You will receive ONE Guest Parking Permit per unit. Guest permits that are used for more than three days in a row will be subject to a fine of $50.00 for that month and/or subject to towing WITHOUT NOTICE at the vehicle owner's expense. On the fourth consecutive night, any vehicle may be towed without notice at the vehicle owner's expense.
If your guest will be staying for more than three nights, please call management BEFORE 3 pm at 847-813-5939 to make special arrangements.
